猪肉大葱饺子(摘录)

1.将猪肉切小块,用刀慢慢剁碎。

2.将大葱洗净用刀拍扁,把拍扁的大葱剁入肉里,同时加入姜一起剁馅。

3.将葱姜慢慢剁融合于肉里,剁成肉糜即可。

4.将剁好的肉馅装入调料盆中。打入一只鸡蛋,放入鲍鱼汁、食盐、香油、十三香、胡椒粉、味精、鸡精、酱油调味拌匀备用。
