Ingredients

  • 猪肉
  • 大葱
  • 鸡蛋
  • 十三香
  • 生姜
  • 香油
  • 酱油
  • 胡椒粉

Directions

  1. 将猪肉切小块,用刀慢慢剁碎。
  2. 将大葱洗净用刀拍扁,把拍扁的大葱剁入肉里,同时加入姜一起剁馅。
  3. 将葱姜慢慢剁融合于肉里,剁成肉糜即可。
  4. 将剁好的肉馅装入调料盆中。打入一只鸡蛋,放入鲍鱼汁、食盐、香油、十三香、胡椒粉、味精、鸡精、酱油调味拌匀备用。
