How to Make Vegetarian Dumpling

Ingredients

  • 白菜
  • 香菇
  • 红萝卜
  • 花椒
  • 生姜
  • 香油
  • 蘑菇精
  • 五香粉

Directions

  1. 先将白菜剁碎用纱布包裹后挤水,挤到使劲也不再有水流出时就好了。
  2. 再将水发好的香菇去掉硬梗后剁碎,红萝卜最好用细擦子擦成细丝后也要稍微挤一下水,然后油锅内放花生油两汤匙,先放入花椒7、8粒爆香后捞出不用,将剁好的香菇放入油中翻炒并加入几滴老抽和少许白糖,再翻炒几下闻到香味就可以出锅待用。
  3. 将生姜根据口味可多可少,剁碎待用。
  4. 将白菜和红萝卜放在大容器内倒入一汤匙香油后均匀搅拌务必让所有的菜粒都均匀的裹上一层油,然后放入炒过的香菇粒和姜末,放盐和少许蘑菇精、五香粉后搅拌均匀一盆灌汤饺子馅就大功告成了!
